In 'The Entombment', a woman lies on a structure that evokes either a dissection table or an ancient tomb. Around her, a silent assembly. Off to the side stands a Harlequin—an emblem of the Commedia dell’Arte. Grotesque and unsettling, he embodies a voyeur with a lecherous gaze. His isolation signals a reversal: it is now he who is being watched, and exposed.
