Provenance

1873 - 1954 Is a very famous French women of letters. Mostly know as novelist she was also journalist, actress and mime. Her more significant novels are: Chéri ; La Naissance du Jour ; La Chatte ; La Maison de Claudine ; SidoHer full name was Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, but everyone knows her as "Colette". Colette is the second woman elected member of the Académie Goncourt in 1945She was also well-known for her freedom and her bisexuality.
